Returns Policy

We take pride in our products that's why we know you'll love them! If not, then more! Our aim is to deliver products at a substantial quality to which we guarantee 100% satisfaction.

At the moment, due to the health, safety as well as for hygienic reasons, plus for the vulnerability of members in our family during the pandemic, we are UNABLE to take any returns or exchanges.

We have tested the durability of our packages to a serious extent for when your products are being shipped off, so you can have a peace of mind when your luxuries are being shipped. We care about your luxuries, so with the highly unlikely chance of your products arriving broken, we strongly suggest
you to send us an E-Mail at, [email protected], along with a picture of the of the damaged product + order number within 24 hours of receiving it. If you do not provide the information and evidence as requested in one email within 24 hours, we will be unable to accept your return.

SECTION 1.0: How can I return my items?

You'll have up to 7 days from the day you receive your item to send us an e-mail at [email protected] and specify your order number on the subject line as well as stating the reason for your return. Any later than 7 days will be accepted. Since we are a beauty company, we have strict return rules for health and safety reasons. With products like glitter, we weigh the jar to ensure that the glitter is the same as at the time of selling. This is to ensure that the product has not been used/opened. We also do high physical inspection of products to ensure that they have not been opened and in perfect, saleable condition. When we have accepted your return, we will e-mail back to you on how to complete your return. When completing the returns process, PLEASE NOTE that we are not responsible for any cost occurred and that it is your responsibility to make sure that you return the item safely to the correct address. We will not refund you until we receive and inspect the product. Products sent back to us without first e-mailing requesting for a return, will not be accepted and items will not be sent back to you. Please remember it ca  take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/clearance items or gift cards.

SECTION: 1.3: Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please read section 1.0 so you know how to
make a return.

Section 1.4: Item not arriving on time

We are not liable to process refund for you if your parcel has not arrived on time as our shipping/delivery times are a estimate/predictions. If you have a special event/occasion coming up then we advise you to place an order at a good time before as there may be delays which will be beyond our control. We are doing our bit to work as fast as we can to dispatch your parcel and provide your tracking number for you to take responsibility to update on your order as well as calling your delivery office for information. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Undelivered parcels will not be re-delivered until shipping fee is re-paid. By purchasing on this site, you are agreeing to all the rules mentioned above.
