We are happy to say that we are currently take all orders like normal, however there may be possible chance of delays with postage delivery times within the UK. Please be mindful that we are working as hard as we can to get your order delivered on time. All of our orders are fully tracked. Please find your tracking number in your inbox/junk folder to get an update on your order. Our current order processing time is between 1-2 days.

Once your order has been dispatched you can not change your mind, change your address etc. We will not be able to refund you either as it is your responsibility to ensure that all the details that you have entered are correct and that you triple checked your personal/sensitive information. If your order has not yet been dispatched and you realised you have made a mistake, please e-mail us immediately at [email protected] with your order number on the subject line. We don't track every single order as demands could be high making this exceptionally hard for us which is why we provide a tracking number for you to get updated on where your parcel is located. 

We are not responsible for any parcels lost during the transit/delivery process. We would advise you to contact your delivery office for the most up to date information. If your parcel gets returned back to us, you'll be updated via your tracking number and we will send you a separate e-mail to let you know that your parcel has been undelivered.

If you would like your order to be re-shipped, you will be responsible for re-paying the shipping fees as this will make it possible for us to ship your order for you. If your parcel has been undelivered and you changed your mind during the process, then we will be happy to refund you. Shipping prices are non-refundable. Please refer to our 'Returns Policy'. We are not responsible for any charges of some sort occurred, including custom charges. Every country is different, therefore, it is the customers responsibility to keep themselves updated on their country's legislation/rules before placing an order. We are unable to refund you if your parcel has not arrived on time. We are giving our shipping times as a rough estimate/predictions. If you would like your products to arrive on time before a special occasion/event then we would strongly advise you to order at good time before as there may be delays during the delivery process at anytime which is beyond our control.
